What is peace? I believe it is this experience we constantly must turn the mind towards. Peace is nearly a state of being. We must seek the state and practice being within the state. Peace can look different for different people. For some, peace is a moment of silence, where you can sit with your breath and hear the beat of your heart. For some, peace is being surrounded by the people they love and watching them smile. For some, peace is being in nature and feeling connected to all things. What kind of peace are you seeking? Where do you want to practice these moments in your life? Peace is ever changing and evolving just as we are.
