To be present, means to have awareness and be fully in the moment. At this time we are pulled in so many different directions and in so many different ways. It's time to practice presence. For what more is life but the moments we create and the experiences we find ourselves in. Take moments this week to capture the moment. Sit with the feeling of contentment, with fulfillment, and gratitude. These moments help shift the mind and encourage us to be in the heart.
